A new, innovative and inexpensive way to workout on a bicycle!

I recently experienced using  a set of rollers while on my bicycle.  This takes some practice and skill to accomplish.  You are seated on your bike and pedaling at various speeds all the while  attempting to stay upright and not fall off!  The rollers do such a great job of helping you get stronger and faster and more agile in a very short period of time.  I  believe that mastering these rollers will help me accomplish my goals off being leaner, faster and more adept at handling a bike.  Jean Vallery charges only $10.00 an hour for the use of his rollers, brings them to your home and supports you while you are on them.  What more could one want from a coach?  Contact Jean Vallery @ www.2453.net.  Thanks.
